Is it not a luxury to debate the detail of the Building Regulations!
Sometimes we get so caught up in the detail we forget the big picture. It seems in Kenya at the moment they actually want more regulations and enforcement of the same. We take for granted our systems of permits, registration of people and the like. Kenya is not so lucky!
